  I went to Comfort Rehab a few times for physical therapy, but it quickly became apparent most everyone who works there has little idea what's going on. Every time I went for physical therapy, I needed to re-explain my condition, what I needed done and what I didn't need done. The last time I went for physical therapy, the girl was insistent she treat my lower back despite telling her it was my upper back and neck with the pain. The worst part about dealing with this place is the office staff. It would be difficult to condense my feelings for them into a sentence, so instead I will give you an example. I have been waiting for an $80 refund check since January. I've talked to them about this literally 15 times -- the most recent of which was a phone message this week that went unreturned. It is exhausting and frustrating. And frankly, I'm not even sure $80 is the amount I'm due back. The only redeeming thing about this place is Olga, the massage therapist. I've seen her for a long time and was disappointed with these other factors. I'll probably still see her personally, but as for the rest of it, I just want my $80 and to wash my hands of it! I've only posted this here in an effort to somehow get their attention.
