  I unfortunately had to have my mother placed in this facility twice. The first stay was maybe 3 weeks. Of course she did not want to be there, and she was visiting here from out of state. To help comfort her the Social worker Mr. Johnathan, spoke with her, and won her full confidence. She was placed on the Hall called Blair. That entire wing of workers were just GREAT. Shelia Bowman, won my mom's heart. The nurse,the speech therapist, the physical therapist. They were GREAT. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because her second visit, on a different Hall the person that came to change her bedding was stiff and not friendly in my opinion. Once I complained about her, they did have someone else attend to her, and the head of that department actually came to me apologizing ensuring it would be handled. As a matter of fact, I will change my rating up to a 5. No harm was done to my mother, and they kept our confidence because they resolved the issues immediately. THANK YOU CRESTVIEW.
