  Buyer Beware! My conversations with Ernest L. Jakes began 9/16/2011, at 9:32 am on Facebook. He was
  advertising his realtor services on Facebook. I contacted him because I wanted to buy the renter property my family and I were
  living in. He said he could help but needed $300 up front to proceed. At the time I thought this was strange to pay a realtor up
  front to help buy a home, but trusted him based on our past relationship of attending the same church where his brother, TD
  Jakes is the pastor. In fact when I asked for his references he said TD Jakes.
  Ernest L. Jakes provided no services, physical product or assistance in buying that home. He did asked for the selling price and the
  owner of the property which I provided but nothing else. After years of holding my $300 on May 7, 2017, I asked that he return
  the $300. He said he would not. Buyer Beware!
